The agreement between you and Trimohona when you shop with us.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is a request to purchase; the order becomes binding when we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred - in which case you are never charged.
All payments are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Prices shown at checkout are the final prices - there are no hidden charges added on delivery.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events beyond our control. If a delivery fails because the address or phone number provided is incorrect, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Our exchange and return policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page. The policy summary: 7 days from delivery, items must be unworn with tags attached, and innerwear is excluded for hygiene reasons.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately and we'll help secure it.
