Real body measurements in centimetres - the unit Bangladeshi tailors and customers use.

How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing (or just underwear). Stand relaxed, breathe normally, and have someone help if you can. Chest: measure around the fullest part, under the arms, with the tape flat across the back. Waist: measure around the natural waistline - the narrowest part of the torso, above the belly button. Length: for tops, measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where the hem should sit.

Adult apparel - Panjabi, kurti, shirt, fotua

These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Our apparel is cut with a relaxed fit (typically 4-6 cm of ease over the body). If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for a looser fit, or the smaller one for a more fitted look.

Kids' apparel - year-ranges

Kids' sizes are by age range. If your child is between ranges, choose the larger one - children grow, and a slightly larger size will still fit in a few months.
