Inside Chandpur: flat ৳50 per order. Outside Chandpur (including Dhaka): flat ৳100 per order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (shown on the bag page) ship free, everywhere in Bangladesh.
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. After confirmation: • Inside Chandpur: 1-2 business days • Outside Chandpur: 2-4 business days Business days are Saturday through Thursday (Friday is our courier partners' day off).
If the fit isn't right or you received something different from what you ordered, you have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or return: 1. Go to your order page (the link is in your confirmation email, or use Track your order). 2. Select the items and tell us why. 3. We arrange courier pickup from your address. 4. The replacement ships as a new parcel with its own tracking. Refunds for returned items are given in cash or bKash - we'll ask which you prefer when we process it.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items with removed tags cannot be returned. Everything else in the catalog is covered by the 7-day policy above.
If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse it at the door - you pay nothing, and we ship a replacement. If you've already accepted a damaged parcel, photograph it within 24 hours and contact us; we'll make it right.
