What we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you place an order we collect: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email address. If you create an account, we also store your saved addresses and wishlist. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email and language preference. We do not collect, store, or process card numbers - because we don't take card payments. Cash on Delivery means your payment information never touches our servers.
Your contact information is used to: confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, deliver your parcel through our courier partners, and (if you subscribed) send you occasional emails about new arrivals. We never sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone except the courier who physically delivers your order, and only the name, address, and phone they need to complete the delivery. Anonymous usage statistics (which pages are visited, on what device) are processed on our behalf by Google Analytics.
We use a small number of essential cookies: your language preference, your shopping bag (so your bag survives a page refresh), and your session (so you stay signed in). We also use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the store and which pages they find useful - Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) to make those counts. You can turn these off in your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing hello@trimohona.com - we'll remove everything except order records we're required to keep for tax purposes.
