You place your order without paying anything. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, then send it by courier. When the parcel arrives at your door, you inspect it and pay the courier in cash. That's it - no advance payment, no card details, nothing to trust before you've seen the product.

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days after confirmation. Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days after confirmation. We'll call you to confirm every order before dispatch, so the clock starts after that call.

Within 7 days of delivery, you can request an exchange or return from your order page (or the link in your confirmation email). We'll arrange the courier pickup, and the replacement ships as a brand-new parcel. Every product page also has a size guide with real measurements - and reviews from verified buyers often mention whether something runs small or large.

Yes - use the Track your order link in the footer with your order number and the email or phone you used at checkout. If you created an account after ordering, all your orders appear in your account automatically.

We deliver everywhere in Bangladesh - all 64 districts. Outside-Dhaka orders take an extra day or two, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
