How Trimohona works to be usable by everyone, and how to reach us if something blocks you.
We want Trimohona to be usable by every family - including shoppers who navigate by keyboard, screen readers, or voice, and those who need larger text or higher contrast. We design to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard as our baseline and treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a checkbox.
Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard with a visible focus state. Images carry descriptive alt text. Forms are labelled semantically. Touch targets meet the 44px minimum on mobile. Colour contrast meets AA on text and controls. We honour your operating system's reduced-motion setting - animations become near-instant and no motion depends on hover alone.
Some third-party widgets (courier tracking, payment providers) sit outside our direct control; where they fall short we'll advocate on your behalf with the vendor. If you find a barrier we haven't documented, please tell us - real reports let us fix real problems.
